How payment works
- After the initial walkthrough, we send you the first month's payment details; billing continues monthly
- Cancel anytime with 15 days' notice; unused visits in the current month are refunded in full
- If we cancel or need to reschedule a visit, you receive a full refund for that visit or we schedule a replacement at no charge
- To reschedule a visit, write to us at least two days ahead; we will offer another day in the same week
- Landscape design, tree removal, stump grinding, and hardscaping are not included and are quoted separately if needed
